Investing in Native American Youth

The Center for Native American Youth at the Aspen Institute (CNAY), founded in 2011 by former US Senator Byron Dorgan, co-hosted a convening in April 2015 at the White House with 160 philanthropies, nonprofits and thought leaders to encourage stakeholders to invest in Native youth, increase access to opportunity, and remove barriers to success. In an effort to continue the dialogue and engage new partners to increase investment in Native youth – our nation’s most vulnerable children – CNAY will feature stories and perspectives on the Aspen Journal of Ideas from convening attendees and advocates for Native youth.
